THE KINGDOM

“Only the sons of God walking in the Spirit can manifest the Kingdom of God.”
The rebellious and defiant leviathan state is not a model of the Kingdom of God. Isaiah prophesied the anointing will “rebuild the waste cities that were trodden down by the Gentiles.” The day of rebuilding will come. Sadly, if the Babylonian’ system collapsed the people would recast the same chains and rebuild the same wooden stocks that enslave them to leviathan today.

Leviathan has a strategy of captivity. It conquers by addicting its citizens to state hand-outs, deceitful promises, useless knowledge, debauched entertainments and multiplied distractions. Turn their hearts to love these things and they will fìght to maintain their slavery even if it means fìghting against the liberating of Christ. This is what makes apostolic restoration important. The apostles were mandated to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and heal the sick. Preaching like that produces conflict. It opens the eyes of the blind. It sets the captives at liberty. It breaks the deception of leviathan’s prophets that call good evil and evil good.

Christ’s apostles were not Christian psychologists or entertainers. They were holy men of old moved by the Spirit of God. When they built churches they were apostolic churches that equipped the saints for the work of ministry. Never did they build defective pastoral-only models of ministry that make people comfortable in their sin, apathy and lukewarm conditions like we have today. They preached with the convicting power of the Holy Ghost that challenged people to come out of darkness, pick up their cross daily and follow Christ.

 Satan's Words Have No Power
Man was created as a speaking spirit in the image and in the likeness of God. Man was created to look like God and to act like God. No other creation was created in His image and likeness - only man.

God is a three-part being. The Bible tells us in 1 John 5:7 that "The Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit, these three are one." Jesus said, "He who has seen Me has seen the Father" (John 14:9), and "I and My Father are one" (John 10:30). Man is a three-part being. He is spirit, soul, and body (1 Thess. 5:23). So God is a three-part being, man is a three-part being, and man was created in the image and likeness of God.

Ephesians 5:1 says that we are to act like God. While we are not God and will never be God, God did create us in His image and likeness, so obviously, He wants us not only to look like Him, but to act like Him. Simply put, God wants us to love what He loves and to dislike what He dislikes. And we also must remember that God has not changed and does not change.

The Bible tells us in the Old Testament that God the Father does not change and in the New Testament, Hebrews 13:8 tells us that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." So we can say with confidence that the things God liked 5,000 years ago, He liked 2,000 years ago at the time of Jesus and He still likes them today. Likewise, the things God disliked and spoke against 5,000 years ago, He disliked and spoke against at the time of Jesus and He still dislikes and speaks against them today. God is not politically correct, nor does God's plan change with society.

God created man as a speaking spirit so that we would have the authority to speak His Word on the earth and take authority over all the power of the enemy. (Luke 10:19.) The life you are living today was framed by the words that you spoke yesterday. And the life you will be living tomorrow is being framed by the words you speak today. Quite literally, your life and your death are in the power of your tongue. (Prov. 18:21.)

When someone believes in their heart the truth of God's Word and they speak that truth, it comes to pass because their faith activates the Word. The words of Satan have no power unless you repeat them. If you listen to the lie of the enemy and speak the lie, it activates the opposing spiritual force of fear and enables the enemy to do his work. We could say that repeating his lie is aiding and abetting the enemy because it enables him with power and gives him permission to destroy.

Faith and fear are the two spiritual forces that activate power and release angelic spirits to do their work. When faith is spoken, according to Psalm 103:20, it activates the angels of God to bring His Word to pass. We know that angelic spirits are on the earth for the purpose of ministering to the children of God. But they can only do this as they are instructed by the voice of His Word and Christians are the only ones authorized to speak His Word in faith. We have been given that authority.

As a speaking spirit, you choose to release the Word of God into the earth or you choose to release the words of the enemy into the earth. Either way, it's your choice. And your harvest in life will depend upon your choice.

Jesus said in Mark 11:23 that if we believe in our heart that what we say will come to pass, we will have what we say. Although the words of the enemy are powerless unless he can convince you to speak them, likewise the Word of God is ineffective in your life and the power of grace is hindered until you activate God's Word by being His voice on the earth.

BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

When faced with a challenge or crisis, our tendency is to get all anxious about it. But God does not want us to react this way. He does not want us to be anxious about anything. Instead, whatever the problem is, He wants us to go to Him in prayer and supplication, telling Him what we need and thanking Him for the answer. When we do that, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds from all worries, anxieties and fears.

“Pastor it is easy for you to say, ‘Be anxious for nothing.’ Try living with my husband for one day. Try disciplining that wayward teenager of mine. Look at the balance in my bank account! How can I not be anxious?”

Hold it! I am not the one who said, “Be anxious for nothing.” The apostle Paul said it. Yet, it was not him—he was prompted by the Holy Spirit. And when Paul wrote that, he was a prisoner under house arrest in Rome. He had been sent to Rome because he had appealed to Caesar regarding his death sentence. The Jews in Jerusalem wanted him to be put to death. (Acts 28:16–20)

Yet, under those trying conditions, he wrote these words: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

My friend, if you are anxious or worried about something, remember those words. Let’s say that you are anxious about a huge debt. Go to the Lord and pray, “Lord Jesus, I no longer want to be anxious about this problem. I hand it over to You and ask for supernatural cancellation of this debt. It is in Your care now. You are in charge. I thank You for taking care of it.”

God is true to His Word. As you pray this prayer and cast your care to Him, you will find His peace setting your heart and mind at rest. So be anxious for nothing—let the One with whom nothing is impossible take care of it for you!
