HE HEALED THEM

YES FOOLS GET INTO TROUBLE AND REQUIRE HEALING AND DELIVERANCE FROM GOD

Psalms 107:17 Fools, because of their transgression, And because of their iniquities, were afflicted.
18 Their soul abhorred all manner of food, And they drew near to the gates of death.
19 Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses.
20 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men!
22 Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, And declare His works with rejoicing.

But The LORD Is With Me

But the LORD is with me as a mighty, awesome One.  Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail.  They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper.  Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten. But, O LORD of hosts, You who test the righteous, And see the mind and heart,  Let me see Your vengeance on them;  For I have pleaded my cause before You.   Sing to the LORD! Praise the LORD!  For He has delivered the life of the poor  From the hand of evildoers. Jeremiah 20:11-13

"You, O king, are a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory;  "and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given them into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all-you are this head of gold. Daniel 2:37-38

God to  whom belongs  wisdom and might,  changes the times and the seasons,  removes kings and raises up kings, gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding,  reveals deep and secret things, knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him humbled proud and arrogant king Nebuchadnezzar for seven years so that he ate grass and lived amongst the animals that the king might know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men.

God’s dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom is from generation to generation.  All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth.  No one can restrain His hand or say to Him, "What have You done?"  He is the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down. And this mighty God rules in the kingdom of men, gives it to whomever He will, and sets over it the lowest of men.  And we might be insignificant or weak but God is all-powerful to grant us power like how He granted to king Nebuchadnezzar. We serve a mighty God and we can to believe in this mighty God and receive power from Him. The Bible says in John 15:5 that without Him we cannot do anything. However, with God we can receive everything. "And because this Almighty God abides with us like a mighty warrior and  all that is in heaven and earth is His, through Him we can  achieve great things for He gives His power to man. His word is unchanging:

Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses.  He sent His word and healed them,  And delivered them from their destructions.  Psalm 107:19-20

The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility. Proverbs 15:33

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness,  The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty;  For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours;  Yours is the kingdom, O LORD,  And You are exalted as head over all.  Both riches and honor come from You,  And You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might;  In Your hand it is to make great And to give strength to all. 1 Chronciles 29:11-12

Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud,  But gives grace to the humble."  Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.  Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.  To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.  1 Peter 5:6-7

Yes, God gives grace to the humble and contends with the proud. He has promised that the meek shall inherit the earth. And there is nothing that God cannot do in heaven or on earth especially for those who believe including giving them riches, honor, power, might, greatness and victory just like He has done for kings before them including Solomon. Jehoshaphat and Hezekiah about whom the bible states:

All King Solomon's drinking vessels were gold, and all the vessels of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were pure gold. Not one was silver, for this was accounted as nothing in the days of Solomon. For the king had merchant ships at sea with the fleet of Hiram. Once every three years the merchant ships came bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and monkeys. So King Solomon surpassed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.  Now all the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.  Each man brought his present: articles of silver and gold, garments, armor, spices, horses, and mules, at a set rate year by year. 2 Samuel 10:21-25

Therefore the LORD established the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah gave presents to Jehoshaphat, and he had riches and honor in abundance. 2 Chronicles 17:5

Jehoshaphat had riches and honor in abundance; and by marriage he allied himself with Ahab.  2 Chronicles 18:1

Hezekiah had very great riches and honor. And he made himself treasuries for silver, for gold, for precious stones, for spices, for shields, and for all kinds of desirable items; 2 Chronicles 32:27

In the kingdom of God confession of faith is the key to victory.  We confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead, and we are saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.   For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” And God's word defines salvation as preservation or deliverance from destruction, difficulty, enemies or evil:

I will love You, O LORD, my strength.  The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;  My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;  My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.  I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised;  So shall I be saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:1-3

Jesus Christ, who is God manifest in the flesh, demonstrated God’s will for us by healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. When they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics, He healed them (Matthew 4:24). Sickness, disease, demons, poverty or lack are not our friends but our enemies and Jesus came to destroy these things! Yes, God who is the same yesterday, today and forever wants to give His people the victory over all this enemies just like He gave the children of Israel victory over the Egyptian enemies, spoiled them with the wealth of Egypt and brought the out of all their bondage and afflictions. Yes, for those who obey His voice and walk in His ways, Jesus Christ causes their enemies to be defeated. He blesses them coming in and going out! He is the God of all and unlimited power and resources who has overcome the world for them!

Because Jesus Christ is alive and well and has overcome the world including sin, demons and death and has won the victory, He gives the victory to His trusting children to achieve great things for His honor and glory.  The size of their mountain or enemies is not a problem because their God, friend, provider and Lord, is bigger than anything that they face or will face. He is still in the mountain moving and miracle working business and none can stand against Him and the power of Jesus name. Everything must bow at the name of Jesus including sickness, poverty, disease, demons, loss and governments. God’s word is true:

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,  who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,  that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,  and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:5-11

So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you. Luke 17:6

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith. 1 John 5:4

"Heavenly Father, your Word declares that Jesus took my infirmities and bare away my sicknesses, and that by His stripes I was healed. It is your will to heal me, and it is my legal right to possess it. I take authority over all sickness and disease in my body in the name of the Lord Jesus. I break all inherited  generational curses of infirmities and spirits, and I command all  spirits including infirmity and foul and unclean ones to come out of me now in the name of Jesus. Sickness and disease and infirmities and spirits leave my body in the name of Jesus. I come boldly unto the throne of grace, and I take hold of your healing, delivering and miracle power. I thank you that your healing and miracle working power is flowing into my body, circumstances and finances healing me now and making me every bit perfect whole and complete lacking nothing from the top of my head to the tip of my toes ! In Jesus' name, Amen

WAIT

WAIT WITH CONFIDENCE :

“...See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm...” (James 5:7–8 NIV)

In the book of James, the Bible tells us that we should wait for God’s promises like a farmer waits for his harvest. Now, I’ve never seen a farmer plant a crop and then worry night and day about whether or not it’s going to come up. He doesn’t lose sleep thinking, “Oh, I hope that my corn is going to take root. Please, God, let my corn bring a harvest.” No, he waits with confidence, knowing that the harvest will come. He does his part, and he knows that seed will produce a good crop.

In the same way, we should wait confidently for the promises of God. We have to stand firm on His Word. It’s not enough to just hope that your situation is going to turn around. Instead of the attitude, “I hope I get well,” have the attitude of confidence and say, “Thank You, Lord, that I am getting well.” Start waiting like the farmer. Wait with a knowing. Wait with confidence. Be sure that as you put God’s Word into practice, just like the farmer, you will see that harvest of blessing in your own life in return.

 THE GOD OF PEACE

"My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me;  So he feared Me  And was reverent before My name.  The law of truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips.  He walked with Me in peace and equity,  And turned many away from iniquity. "For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge,  And people should seek the law from his mouth;  For he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts. Malachi 2:5-7

Jesus came to the earth and He healed and delivered people. He loved people and wanted to dispel the darkness in their lives. He wanted them whole. He wanted them free and He provided it in His gift to them on the Cross. He gave them His Power. The Holy Comforter is our daily comforter because of what Jesus did on the Cross.  When I was a child, I walked, talked and behaved as a child but when I became a man I put away childish ways. For many are called but few are chosen. They hear the clarion call of the gospel and they respond. But along the way they return to their childish ways and stray far from God. An inch might as well be a long mile from God.

Men walk in their integrity but there are few who attain the level of God’s integrity. The men who can walk in His integrity have retained their child like faith with manly dignity. They have learned to remain who they are in Him and do not promote themselves. They have learned true qualities of Christian character and live by those virtues. They walk by His Spirit and are lead by Him.  Is it possible for a Christian to truly live as Jesus did in one hundred percent self-control and victory over self and the enemy?  The answer is resoundingly ‘yes!’ Yes, by virtue of the fact that God is all powerful and He is able to empower people to walk the walk and do what‘s right before all men. He has given us His secret weapon—Jesus!

Through Jesus and His truth He has given us the weapons of our warfare. They are not carnal but spiritual. Our own character and integrity is a force to be used as a weapon against the enemy. The enemy within can be conquered. We are not alone. We are not the only one. We are able by God’s Spirit and His grace to defeat the enemies within us. The enemy of self-centeredness, criticism, negativity, anger and rage, unforgiveness, immorality, lust, self-deceivement and so on.   Our struggle is a never ending battle. Each day we must take up our Cross and follow Him. But we can win in this fight! Every time we say the right thing, every time we love ourselves or someone else properly, every time we react with compassion or proper judgment and do it both in love and righteousness.  This is true Christianity.

There was not just one side to Jesus. He was always righteous both in His love reactions and His judgment reactions. He remained firm against His body and soul. He was in total control of His life and actions and attitudes. At the deciding point of His life—in the garden. He did the Will of the Father and retained His throne at the God’s Right Hand. Yet, His motivation was not from selfish ambition. He really did love us enough to die for us and give us a fresh start. All those who turn to Him and love Him with all their heart, soul and mind have that fresh start.

Whether we keep our first love with God is up to each one of us. Will our motives for what we do in a day be based on our usual selfish desire and carnality. Or are we going to serve the Great I Am in the Spirit or in truth, walking by His power and doing what He told us to do each day of our lives? Each day these choices and decisions remain ours. If a thought enters our head and has nothing to do with godliness and doesn’t line up with God’s truth we can be sure it is not a good thing.

Many people have the attitude ‘I thought this, therefore it must be truth, or important. This is not truth. The Bible says we must take every thought and lay it at the foot of the Cross. We can take every thought into captivity, analysis it and decide it is a good or bad thing and what action we should take because of it. Bad thoughts should be rejected and forgotten and replaced with God’s truth and His praises.  The illuminating Word of God quickly dispels the darkness of that thought. God’s truth and power pierces through the darkness in your life and brings real healing and change. Healing of all things in our life, including, lack of love and self-worth, lack of self-esteem, and all forms of rejection by the Power and Presence of Jesus in a wounded spirit.

If we expect perfection in ourselves we will never find it. Only Jesus is our perfection and beauty and protection.  His word is true:

But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,  that no flesh should glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God-and righteousness and sanctification and redemption- that, as it is written, "He who glories, let him glory in the LORD."  1 Corinthians 1:27-31

Jesus Christ Himself in the power of the Holy Spirit, the greater one in us has now become for us wisdom from God-and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. When we understand this truth and humbly act on it we shall never be the same nor defeated any more. The deception of men is that they think they are so wonderful when they are not. They think they can achieve anything without God. They built great towers and monuments to themselves and then ask why He is upset with their inventions. They don’t understand they were doing it to exalt themselves and forgot their Creator. They forgot to worship Him, to thank Him, to love Him for who He is to them. They forgot their Lord and Savior.

God divided men’s language and shattered them across the earth because their desire was not towards Him but themselves. It seems as though it’s a broken record, repeating itself over and over and over again. Men are doing what they have desired to do for centuries without thought of what God truly desired that they do. Even religious ones are doing their own thing and asking God to bless it and make it His will.  Men may decide or desire certain things but ultimately God is the deciding factor in an equation they rarely see. They don’t consider Him. They think He doesn’t exist. They think He didn’t make what He said He made. They think man evolved when he was generated by God’s Power and His very Breath.

So, men will think what men will think and God will think what God will think and we will see the final outcome. For most it will not be what they expected. For few it will be unexpected. For a very, very few it will be as expected and properly rewarded.  Safe haven comes to those who wait upon God; to those who are dedicated to His service and recognize their own finiteness. The greatest enemy of all of God’s people is deception. Whether it is self-deception or general malice it is still deception.  The only way to avoid this deception is to get on our knees humble ourselves and admit we are wrong and unworthy of God. Then, with God we can build on this foundation, restructuring our lives into something that will be profitable, pliable and usable.

The greatest enemy to humility is pride and self reliance; pride which is as the sin of witchcraft, fear which takes many forms and many phobias; self-reliance which says, I can do it my own way I don’t need God or His truth. In the bible God’s Word, He outlines the things that both help and hinder a relationship with Him. It is important that His people avail themselves of these truths and live by them in order to bring about great change in their lives. Without them, change is impossible.  The greatest changer in their lives is the Holy Spirit. He makes real the life giving force present in God’s Words. He quickens the truth to a person’s spirit and helps them to understand the importance of it and how to live it in a daily way. He is a life force all by Himself but His objective is to help humanity receive the truth through the third part of their person—their inner spirit. Man is a triune being just as God is a triune being. Man is body, soul and spirit. God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The parallel is obvious. What man does not understand is the deep importance of these many parts that come together in spiritual wholeness.

Man must recognize he has a Heavenly Father who knows and understands all things. He has a Savior in Jesus his Messiah and future King. He needs the presence of the Holy Spirit in his life to bring about real change and realization of truth. Also, he has to see he is not only body and mind or soul but he is spirit. Man is supernatural spirit that once he comes into existence will live on forever. Where he lives on forever is up to him but he will live on. If he accepts and lives by the Messiah and his teachings he will live on in Heaven should he meet the conditions. If he does not accept the Messiah he will live on but in another less desirable place.

Many people can’t even admit there is a hell. They can’t imagine He would have created such a place where people would have to go. It was never God’s desire or His intention. But men have left Him with decisions to make that are undesirable. God has given free will to men and if they don’t choose Him, He has chosen for them. It may seem unfair but it is the consequence for not accepting Him. It grates against many philosophies. But when one reads the entirety of the Bible one understands the entire picture better and can see God’s logic. Is God the sovereign Lord of the universe or not? Yes, He is the Lord and what He says goes no matter what men think or approve of. He doesn’t need men’s approval to be God. He is the “I Am who I Am.” All of man’s logic doesn’t fit into a thimble full of His Wisdom. One is night and the other is day. The two will never meet in any semblance of oneness.

Just as we can’t put new wine into old wine skins, we can’t fit God into man’s logic or traditions. He just doesn’t fit. We have to conform to His ways. We have to change our thinking. We have to embrace His truth and recognize it is the only answer for our lives that makes any sense.  For in God’s world, there could not be so much violence, war, famine, slavery, selfishness, that we have today amongst us.  But He, the God of all love and compassion and grace, demands something of us. That we lay down our ways and embrace His ways. That we recognize we are wrong and imperfect without Him. That we admit we need a real change and open ourselves to receive that change. Then, we become more like Him and can make a difference in the world around us.

From the greatest to the least, God has provided a way of escape that we may be able to bare the temptations of life but they are real and the only true Answer is Jesus. Let no one say he was tempted of God because this is simply not true. God tempts no man to do evil. Man is taken by his own desires, whims, passions and thoughts. It is interesting to see how many walk in non violence. Yet some of them end up in terrible violence or retribution. They thought they would escape but they didn’t. They thought their sins were not as bad as the other’s sins.

All sin is separation from God. Let no man say he can exist outside of God or accomplish anything of lasting value without Him. This is simply not true. He is the way the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father except by Him. No, man can’t do things on his own. He needs the Holy Presence to change him and make him whole.  Let no man say he is true when he is false. Let no man say he is pure when he is putrid. Let no man say he is spiritual, when he is carnal? Let each know who he really is and what he must do to change his ways. It is possible because Jesus Christ is alive and well.   God’s word is unchanging:

Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them,  and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:12-17

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23

JESUS

JESUS IS YOUR RESTORER AND NOURISHER :

RUTH 4:15 - And may he be to you a restorer of life and a nourisher of your old age…

Famine impoverished the life of Naomi, an Israelite. But it was the deaths of her husband and two sons that left her completely destitute. (Ruth 1:1–5) Or so she thought, until Boaz, who was a wealthy and close relative, entered her life.

As her kinsman-redeemer, Boaz married Ruth, Naomi’s widowed daughter-in-law. And through that union, Naomi had a grandson. The birth of her grandson gave her a new lease of life, causing the womenfolk in her village to declare that the restorer of life and the nourisher of her old age had come into her life. (Ruth 4:14–16)

Boaz is a picture of Jesus, our kinsman-redeemer. Jesus became our kinsman when He was born into this world as one like us. And He became our Redeemer when He paid with His life and blood at the cross to redeem us.

Jesus gave Himself to us as our restorer of life and nourisher of our old age. When the restorer of life is in our lives, what we have lost can be restored. (Joel 2:25−26) And with the nourisher of our old age in us, our bodies can be gloriously renewed even though we advance in our years.

That is why when Moses died at the age of 120, his eyes were not dim and his natural vigor was not diminished. (Deuteronomy 34:7) Caleb, at 85 years old, could still drive out the giants from the land. God had literally nourished his body and made it strong for war. (Joshua 14:11) Sarah was certainly rejuvenated in her old age by God for she was still desirable to a king at the age of 90. (Genesis 20:1–2) God even renewed her womb. She received strength to conceive seed (Hebrews 11:11), giving birth to Isaac in her old age.

Beloved, God is outside of time and your faith in Him brings you into this timeless zone. There, what the years have stolen will be restored. And even as your years increase, you will not grow weak and weary because the restorer of life and nourisher of your old age is in you!

JESUS - THE NAME ABOVE NAMES :

Luke 23:9 "Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing."

Not only does Jesus' refusal to defend Himself show His humility, but His refraining from venting His wrath against the man who senselessly killed His friend who was the greatest of the Old Testament prophets (Mt. 11:11), also displays His humble nature.

Because of Christ's humility and obedience to the Father, God gave Him a name that is above every name in heaven, earth and under the earth. There is no exemption for anyone or anything from coming under the Lordship of Jesus. He is Lord of ALL.

Jesus has not only been exalted above every "being" that has a name, but He is also highly exalted above anything else that can be named. If you can put a name on it, Jesus is above it. Sickness, poverty, depression, anger - everything has to bow its knee to the Lordship of Jesus.

Every knee of men, angels, and demons will bow and confess that Jesus is Lord. Those who have denied His existence will bow in worship. Those who have spent their lives rebelling His authority will finally bow in submission.

Every being from all ages will ultimately bow and worship Jesus. If we bow our knee to His Lordship now, we will enjoy a wonderful life here on earth, and an eternity in His blessings hereafter. Those who deny His rightful claim to the Lordship of their lives will suffer for it in this life as well as in the next. They still will have to bow their knee to His authority, so there is nothing to gain and everything to lose if they refuse to make Jesus Lord of their life.

ABUNDANTLY AND ABUNDANCE IS GOD'S WILL
JOHN 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

A MIRACLE

WHAT IS A MIRACLE?

Luke 23:8 "And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him."

Herod desired to see Jesus perform some kind of miracle, and some of the questions he asked Jesus made this desire obvious. However, Jesus did not use His faith to do any miracles for Herod.

Miracles are God's way of meeting the needs of those who seek Him in faith. Miracles will sometimes be used to demonstrate God's ability so that people may believe (Mk. 2:10-11), but they will not happen to skeptics who are tempting God (Lk. 4:9-12).

A miracle is a supernatural intervention of God's power over natural law.

Healings occur within the boundaries of natural law while miracles are not limited to natural law. A person with a high fever who receives prayer and then begins to recover is experiencing a healing. The Lord intervened but in natural ways. The virus, infection, or whatever was rebuked left the body (Lk. 4:39) and then the natural healing process that the Lord built into all of us took over. When something totally supernatural happens, that's a miracle. When Jesus reattached the servant's ear and it was instantly whole after Peter cut it off (Lk. 22:51), demonstrated a miracle. It was also a healing, but it was a miraculous healing.

Feeding the five thousand (Mt. 14:19-20), walking on the water (Mt. 14:25), translating a ship and all aboard to the other side of the sea (Jn. 6:21) - all these are miracles. Miracles are usually instantaneous whereas healings are sometimes gradual.

The Lord has never had anyone who was qualified working for Him. It's by God's grace that He uses any of us. Anyone who claims to be used of God because of his great holiness is either deceived or a deceiver. It's our faith in the grace of God that allows miracles to flow through us.

What Is In Your Spirit?

Then the angel who talked with me answered and said to me, "Do you not know what these are?" And I said, "No, my lord." So he answered and said to me:  "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:  'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,'  Says the LORD of hosts.  'Who are you, O great mountain?  Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain!  And he shall bring forth the capstone  With shouts of "Grace, grace to it!" ' " Zechariah 4:5-6

Furthermore, when I came to Troas to preach Christ's gospel, and a door was opened to me by the Lord, I had no rest in my spirit, because I did not find Titus my brother; but taking my leave of them, I departed for Macedonia.  Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:12-14

Most people know the expression “Garbage in, garbage out” or “You are what you eat.”  As a matter of fact many of us are destroying our bodies by consuming food that is not good for us and then we have to run around looking to be healed and delivered by doctors or God!   Well we not only live in a body that is made of flesh but we also have a spirit and a soul. And what we allow to come into our spirit and soul affects us greatly. That is why the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life which is not of the Father but is of the world are very dangerous and harmful because they pervert and corrupt us and ultimately destroy us. We need to be filled with the fullness of God and be under the constant control of the Holy Spirit and by the Spirit put to death the deeds of the body so that we might live. God’s word is unchanging:

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.  Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,  in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.  But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.  Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,  and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all.   Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering;  bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Colossians 3:5:16

For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.  But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,  envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.  And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Galatians 5:17-25

Yes, we suffer in our body in the current time of life because of the works of the flesh including adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,  envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries,. We open the doors to demonic spirits that cause us sickness and pain. And if we accept them directly or indirectly including spirits of infirmities, we will have trouble sickness and diseases in our bodies.

But we don’t have to accept any of these things because of what Jesus did on Calvary and by His stripes we are healed. So we can rebuke all sickness, diseases and oppressive spirits from our bodies and tell them to go to hell where they belong in Jesus name. Through the avenue of bitterness, unforgiveness, we open the door for demons to enter into our bodies and lives and suffer as a result. God’s word is unchanging:

"For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.  "You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.'  "But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, 'Raca!' shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of hell fire. "Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, "leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. "Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. "Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny. Matthew 5:20-26

When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick,  that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying:  He Himself took our infirmities  And bore our sicknesses." Matthew 8:16-17

But some Christians refuse to accept that afflictions and sickness are oppressions of the devil and they can be healed off them. Yes, there are those Christians who say that only Jesus Christ is important and nothing else and they are suffering for Jesus sake, His suffering. Even though by Jesus stripes they were healed and He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.  They literally don’t fellowship with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. They don’t know and experience the love of the Father or the comfort of the Holy Spirit. Their faith is composed on solely knowledge of the written Word of God. They forgot that the new birth is not known solely by knowledge but solely by experience. Yes, through the avenue of faith, they believed on Jesus, called on His name and were saved and He gave them an experience call the new birth or being born again. They didn’t go on to being baptized by Jesus Christ, the Baptizer in the Holy Spirit with fire and tongues of fire, because it’s an emotional experience which doesn’t make sense to their carnal mind. But being born again is an emotional in body experience and so is the Baptism of the Spirit and operating in the gifts of the Spirit and is not based solely on intellect!

Then there are others who have experienced the Baptism of the Spirit and only relate to the Holy Spirit solely on the basis of power, gifts, shaking, electricity, someone falling down under the power. While others relate to the Holy Spirit in the context of the work He does for us, or the times He gives us a word of wisdom, knowledge or prophecy, we grieve Him. But the Holy Spirit is a person who wants to be loved, accepted and fellowship with us as a unique person just like each one of us wants to do as a unique person and not just some creature or entity.  And God is interested in us not only having the gifts of the Spirit but demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit. God’s word is unchanging:

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. 1 Corinthians 13:1-3

Understanding the Person of the Holy Spirit, having an encounter with Him, worshipping, respecting, embracing the Holy Spirit and loving Him in His function are the keys that will bring His power and anointing on our lives. We need to have on going visitations and relationships with the Holy Spirit. God’s word is unchanging:

Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied. Acts 9:31

Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. 1 Corinthians 10:20

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.  Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.  And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:30-32

Yes, when we are full of God, the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, it will come out of us including love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness, self-control and not uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,  envy. As God’s word is unchanging:

"A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.  Luke 6:45

He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:  who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.   And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.  John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, "This was He of whom I said, 'He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me.' " And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.  For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. John 1:11-17

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. 2 Corinthians 13:14

If we have an intimate bond and relationship with the Holy Spirit we will be able to know and do many things that are humanly impossible because it’s what God does through us that matters and not we do in the flesh. We will be surrounded by God’s presence and glory and people will know and experience not only that something is different about us but God Himself.  That is why the bible records about healing and Peter’s shadow:

And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women,  so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.  Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed. Acts 5:14-16

Yes, we must honor and give proper place in our lives to our Wonderful Counselor, the Spirit of Truth and be totally dependent upon Him for everything including guiding us into all truth and delivering us from lies of men and demon!  We must consciously acknowledge His presence in everything that we would do and ask Him to possess us and direct us so that we will walk Him in all things.  Then we will know the blessing of partnership with the Holy Spirit as we bring the saving, healing, and delivering power of Jesus to the world. We need to present ourselves, all of us to the Holy Spirit and line ourselves up with Him. We have to keep asking Him to help us; we can't accomplish the purposes of God on our own, apart from His guidance.  God’s word is unchanging:

"If you love Me, keep My commandments. "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever-  "the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:15-17

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.  "And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:  "of sin, because they do not believe in Me;  "of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more;  "of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged. "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.  "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not  speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.  "He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. "All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you. John 16:7-15

WITH GOD

DON'T BUY A LIE :

And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. – Deuteronomy 28:2

Well, in the end I'm sure you'll see these financial problems are actually a blessing in disguise." Have you ever heard anybody say that to someone who's hurting financially? Chances are, you have. It's a popular idea. The problem is, it's a lie used by the devil to keep believers down.

As a result, many believers today are suffering one financial defeat after another. So let's go to the Word of God today and get the issue of prosperity and poverty straight. Let's find out, once and for all, which is the blessing, which the curse.

You can find the answer to that question in Deuteronomy 28. What God describes in verses 1 through 14 is the blessing--prosperity. In verses 15 through 31, God describes poverty--and He has called it a curse.
The curse is meant to destroy. Not to teach people a lesson. Not to make them more spiritual. But to destroy them.

Regardless of how intense the lack is, the nature of poverty remains the same. It is, and will always be, a curse.

Satan has gone to great lengths to convince God's people that poverty is a blessing in disguise. But poverty is something the devil contrived!

Don't buy into his lies. Get your thinking in line with the Word of God. If you're a born-again child of God, you no longer have to live under the curse of poverty or any other curse for that matter. You've been redeemed!

GOD WANTS TO DO A MIRACLE

“Rabbi,” His disciples asked Him, “why was this man born blind? Was it because of his own sins or his parents’ sins?” “It was not because of his sins or his parents’ sins,” Jesus answered. “This happened so the power of God could be seen in him.” —John 9:2–3, NLT

I love how our Lord Jesus is such a loving and practical God. When there is a problem, He goes straight to the solution! Before Jesus stepped in to heal the man born blind, his disciples were caught up in uncovering whose sin had made the man blind. Jesus, on the other hand, was interested only in using His power to give the poor man sight! The same way Jesus didn’t get sucked into the “blame game” is the same way He doesn’t want you to. So don’t ask what or whose sin caused your sickness. Forget about what you should or shouldn’t have done or why it happened. Be preoccupied instead with your solution—Jesus Christ, who through the cross has removed every sin in your life and who wants to work a miracle in your body!

Remember God's promises never fade away. They are too powerful to stop working!

BELIEVE AND RECEIVE :

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24, NIV)

Has God spoken things to your heart that haven’t come to pass yet? Anytime you step out to believe God, the enemy will try to distract and discourage you in order to get you off course. But when you receive that promise by faith, when you hold it in your heart, when you picture it in your mind and declare it with your words, you begin to feel more confident. You feel empowered and settled in your heart. You begin to have joy and peace because you know God is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

I encourage you today, grab hold of the promises of God and don’t let go! Can you see it in your mind’s eye? Can you see yourself healed? Can you see yourself paying off that last debt? Can you see yourself at your ideal weight? Can you see yourself sharing the gospel with a family member or coworker? Ask the Lord to give you a vision for your future. Open your heart and allow His thoughts to become your thoughts. Receive His promises by faith, and just like it says in today’s verse — whatever you ask for in prayer will be yours!

BUT GOD

Jesus Has You Covered

Then he shall put his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.     Leviticus 1:4

Imagine the perfection of Jesus covering you from head to toe in the sight of God every moment of the day. Does that sound like a dream? My friend, that is your reality today because Jesus became your burnt offering at the cross.

In the case of the burnt offering, when the offerer lays his hand on the animal sacrifice (Leviticus 1:3–4), the perfection and beauty of the unblemished sacrifice is transferred to him, and God sees and accepts him in the perfection of the animal.

In Hebrew, the word “accepted” implies being treated with favor, delight and acceptance. This means that you, for whom Jesus became a burnt offering, are treated by God with favor, delight and acceptance because the beauty and perfection of Jesus have been transferred to you. As your burnt offering, Jesus has made atonement for you on your behalf.

Jesus is your atonement or covering for sin. How precious Jesus is to the Father is how precious you are to the Father because when the Father sees you, He sees Jesus, your atonement, your covering.

So every day, take Jesus as your burnt offering. Come to God and say, “Father, I thank You that Jesus is my burnt offering. He covers me from head to toe with His righteousness. I thank you Father, that You see me without spot or wrinkle. You see me covered in all the value and perfection of the work of Your Son. What He is to You, I am. Who He is to You, I am. As He is now, so am I. I am in Him!” (1 John 4:17)

Jesus has you covered. You don’t appear before the Father with all your faults and shortcomings. Jesus proclaims to you what is right with you in spite of what is wrong with you because He has covered you with His perfection. Today, hear Him telling you, “Go, girl! I have you covered. There is nothing for you to worry about!” Hear Him saying to you, “Go for it, son! I am covering you. There is nothing for you to fear!”

Thought For The Day
You are treated by God with favor, delight and acceptance because the beauty and perfection of Jesus have been transferred to you.

Consider The Lilies Of The Field

“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.     Matthew 6:28–29

You may think that you must work very hard to provide for yourself and get ahead in life. But God wants you to consider the lilies of the field — they do nothing. They toil not, spin not and struggle not. Yet, they grow and are clothed by God while simply resting and basking in the sunshine of God’s love! And when God clothes them, they look even more glorious than King Solomon, the richest king who ever lived.

Like the lilies of the field, God wants you to let Him take care of providing for your material needs, instead of you striving to do it yourself. When you let go and let Him, you will see Him bless you supernaturally, abundantly and generously!

This is what happened to one of our church members who had been looking for a job. Initially, he received only two calls for interviews after sending out 12 résumés. Refusing to be discouraged, he believed that God wanted to bless him not just with a job, but with a position of influence too.

God was faithful. This church member soon became the business manager of an engineering company even though he had no engineering background. He was offered a very attractive remuneration package and within his first week on the job, was asked to quote on two projects. He knew that this was God’s doing because it was difficult enough just to secure an appointment with contract managers to discuss projects, let alone be asked to quote on not one but two projects. Before long, he was offered the position to run the entire Singapore subsidiary with only one other business development manager. He was then only 25 years old!

My friend, God can do for you what He did for this person. Just believe that if God clothes the lilies and grass of the field, which are here today and gone tomorrow, how much more will He clothe you, His eternal and precious child, with beauty and riches! All He asks is that you cease from your striving, allow Him to take over and just flow with Him!

Thought For The Day
When you let go and let God, you will see Him bless you supernaturally, abundantly and generously!

Believing Is Receiving

28For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” 29Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. Mark 5:28–29

You have heard people of the world say, “I will believe it only when I see it.” Generally, that is the way the world thinks. But God’s ways are not like the ways of the world. The world says, “If I can’t feel it or see it, I cannot believe the miracle is here.” God says, “If you believe it before you feel it or see it, you will see your miracle.”

Believing first before seeing the evidence of what we are believing for is called faith. Faith is like a spark and Jesus is the dynamite powder.

In the story of the healing of the woman with the issue of blood, there were many people who touched Jesus (Mark 5:31), but nothing happened to them. They didn’t touch Him in faith. But when the woman who had been bleeding for 12 years came to Him and touched Him in faith, He felt power leave His body (Mark 5:30), and it sparked off an explosion of healing in the woman’s body!

Hearing about how good, kind and loving Jesus was fired her faith to believe that He could and would heal her. So convinced was she (even when the condition in her body was still evident) that she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Did she experience her healing first before she believed? No, she believed first in Jesus’ goodness and power, acted in faith and only then felt the healing in her body.

In the same way, God wants you to believe in His goodness and love toward you. He wants you to know how willing He is to act on your behalf to bless you, and how, with Christ, He will freely give you every good thing. (Romans 8:32)

He wants you to declare by faith that all is and shall be well with you, and to expect to see just that. And then, no matter how long you have had the problem, no matter how bad the experts say it is, an explosion of healing and restoration will take place, and you will receive what you are believing for!

Thought For The Day
Believe in God’s goodness and love toward you, and you will receive what you are believing for.

MAKE THE LORD YOUR TRUST :

“Blessed is that man who makes the LORD his trust...” (Psalm 40:4, NKJV)

Did you know that trusting in the Lord is a decision we make just like we choose anything else in life? You chose what you are wearing today, you probably chose what you would have for breakfast, and you can choose to trust God every day, too! When you choose to trust God, there is peace that settles in your heart. There is joy because you know the outcome, and there is blessing in store for you because your hope is sure.

No matter what you are facing in life today, trust that Almighty God will come through for you. Trust that His Word is always true. In Psalm 32, David calls God his “hiding place.” In other words, when you place your trust in God, you can find refuge in Him. You are actually hidden from the enemy when you choose to trust.

Always remember, when circumstances seem overwhelming, don’t look at what’s happening around you; look to God. He is the author and finisher of your faith. Choose to trust that He is the one who is ordering your steps. Find security in knowing that He is making your crooked places straight and your rough places smooth. Trust in Him and live in the blessing and everlasting life He has prepared for you!

ONLY GOD

HOW DO YOU EXPECT GOD TO DO GREAT THINGS IF YOU CANNOT TRUST HIM IN SMALL THINGS? YOU CANNOT!

ONLY GOD CAN SOLVE PROBLEMS AND MEET OUR NEEDS AND HIS WORD PROMISES WOE TO THOSE WHO DON'T SEEK HIS HELP AND LOOK TO OTHERS FOR HELP

Isaiah 30: Futile Confidence in Egypt
1 "Woe to the rebellious children," says the LORD, "Who take counsel, but not of Me, And who devise plans, but not of My Spirit, That they may add sin to sin;
2 Who walk to go down to Egypt, And have not asked My advice, To strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, And to trust in the shadow of Egypt!
3 Therefore the strength of Pharaoh Shall be your shame, And trust in the shadow of Egypt Shall be your humiliation.
4 For his princes were at Zoan, And his ambassadors came to Hanes.
5 They were all ashamed of a people who could not benefit them, Or be help or benefit, But a shame and also a reproach."

Isaiah 31: The Folly of Not Trusting God
1 Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, And rely on horses, Who trust in chariots because they are many, And in horsemen because they are very strong, But who do not look to the Holy One of Israel, Nor seek the LORD!
2 Yet He also is wise and will bring disaster, And will not call back His words, But will arise against the house of evildoers, And against the help of those who work iniquity.
3 Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; And their horses are flesh, and not spirit. When the LORD stretches out His hand, Both he who helps will fall, And he who is helped will fall down; They all will perish together.

MOVING UP HIGHER :

“You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, yes, the set time, has come.” (Psalm 102:13, NKJV)

One thing I’ve learned in my life is that God likes to outdo Himself. His dream for your life is so much bigger than your own. His ways are higher, and He has an appointed time of favor for your life. He is going to take you places that you never thought possible. He is going to open up doors that you never have imagined. He’s going to bring talent out of you that you didn’t even know you had. This is the time to get excited about your future! It’s time to get your hopes up because you have been chosen by the Creator of the universe. Your destiny is not determined by the economy, how you were raised, or your education. Your destiny is determined by Almighty God.

Today, I want to encourage you to set your thoughts on things above. It’s time for you to move up higher to a new level. The good news is that God has already laid out victory before you. I declare that in the days ahead you’re going to stumble into it. Get ready because God is going to raise you up into the life of blessing He has prepared for you

If God is for us, who can be against us?—Rom 8:31

God doesn’t bless you because you have been good. He blesses you because of the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the cross for you! Jesus’ precious blood has washed you whiter than snow. That is why God is for you today even when you fail!

And if God Himself is for you, who can come successfully against you? What adversity or adversary can stand against you? There are none! Hallelujah!

Don't imagine as if the devil is equally powerful to God. He is a defeated foe whom Jesus stripped off all authority on the Cross of Calvary. We are given power and authority over every darkness. So start standing in your authority and live a life of victory. Hallelujah!

Don't fight by yourself, allow God to do it for you. His name is Jehovah Nissi!

Our total ability in the Christian life is found In Christ. It is not our ability that makes us strong, but our availability to Christ that enables us.

God is a good God! Jesus referred to Him as “Abba Father” (Mark 14:36). The Word “Abba” describes an intensely intimate relationship with a father. If you’re born again, you should be celebrating the fact that YOU too have an “Abba Father” to call on!

And if you are Baptized with the Spirit, you can have the same anointing that Jesus had!

Don’t go by what you see in the natural. Go by what God’s Word says about you and expect to see His blessings come to pass in your life!

SET FORTH HIS WORD :

“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” - Isaiah 55:10–11, NKJV

Are you going through a difficult time today? Let me challenge you: don’t use your words to describe your situation, use your words to change your situation! All through the day you should go around saying, “I have the favor of God. I can do all things through Christ. I am blessed. I’m strong. I’m healthy.” When you speak like that, you are blessing your life. You are speaking favor into your future.

When you get up in the morning, if you aren’t feeling up to par, don’t set the tone of the day by speaking it. Don’t ever say, “This is going to be a lousy day. I don’t want to go to work. I’m tired of dealing with these children.” No, get up and say, “This is going to be a great day. I’m excited about my future. Something good is going to happen to me.”

Always remember, send your words out in the direction you want your life to go. Let His Word always be on your mouth. His Word will never return void. It will accomplish what it was set forth to do. So set forth His Word and move forward in blessing and victory all the days of your life!

TRUST GOD

JESUS ALWAYS HAS TIME FOR YOU :

“I am…the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” - Revelation 1:8

Ever been too busy to get something done, and then find out that it’s too late when you finally get down to it? As human beings, we live our lives constrained by time. But Jesus, the one who created time, is not time-bound. He always has time for each one of us!

Even in His earthly ministry, in His limited form as Man, He always had time to minister to people. Consider a typical day in His ministry: When a severely demon-possessed man cried out from the tombs of a distant region, He had time to sail all the way from Galilee to the country of the Gadarenes to save that lonely, tormented man. On the way there, He had time to respond to the cries of His disciples when a fierce storm arose. He awoke from a much-deserved sleep and calmed the storm for them.

After He saved the demonized man and returned to Galilee, another man, Jairus, came to him for help. Jairus’ 12-year-old daughter was dying and he begged Jesus to come to his house to heal her. Jesus agreed—He had time. But on His way there, a woman with a 12-year bleeding condition secretly touched the hem of His garment and received her healing. Though Jairus’ daughter was in the throes of death, Jesus had time to find out who had touched Him, just so that He could minister to that person.

While Jesus was ministering to the woman, He received a death report concerning Jairus’ daughter. Now, in the natural, Jesus was “too late”. Yet, He did not consider it a waste of time to encourage Jairus, “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.” (Luke 8:49–50) He wasn’t troubled or harried. He took time to go to Jairus’ house and He raised the little damsel from the dead.

My friend, this same loving Jesus always has time for you, His beloved. He hears your cries, cares about the little and big things that bother you, and will come and save you. Even when He is “busy”, He has time to stop and minister to you. Even when it seems “too late”, He will still see to it that you get your miracle!

Thought For The Day :
Jesus, who is not bound by time, always has time for each one of us!

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many. (Mark 10:45)

Did you know that giving to you actually brings joy to God’s heart? When you place a demand on Him, such as looking to Him to heal you, to protect you, or to provide for you, you let Him be God. When you draw from His fullness— His abundance of life, health and blessing—you delight Him! So come to His throne of grace and ask boldly for all that you need.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT UNLIKE OTHERS GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD, TRUSTWORTHY, LOVING, POWERFUL, WISE, FAITHFUL AND FOR US AND NOT AGAINST US

Romans 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

1 Corinthians 2: 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

TRUST IN THE LORD NO MATTER WHAT!

MIRACLES

Be Of Good Cheer!

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19

"Make us glad according to the days in which You have afflicted us, the years in which we have seen evil." Psalm 90:15

Jesus told us that in the world we would have afflictions or tribulation but we were to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world. The word of God tells us on numerous occasions to be strong and of good courage.  "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6). "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go" (Joshua 1:9). To be strong and of good courage in a midst of trials and tribulations is a choice that a person makes no matter what is going on about him! Because of our faith in God we make a conscious choice to be strong and of good courage and to believe God that He is and will move on our behalf to change things! God’s word is unchanging:

"But you, be strong and do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded!" 2 Chronicles 15:7

"Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed before the king of Assyria, nor before all the multitude that is with him; for there are more with us than with him. 2 Chronicles 32:7

Say to those who are fearful-hearted, "Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you." Isaiah 35:4

Fear occurs when there is an absence of faith. Fear occurs when unbelief enters in and says that God is not God and that there is an enemy or problem that God cannot handle. But it’s nothing but a lie from the pits of hell for there is nothing that is bigger or greater than God. Those who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits and they will not be fearful. They shall be dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit just like Jesus did and trust the Holy Spirit to be and do all things for them. God’s word is unchanging:

"The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; Luke 4:18

Now it happened on a certain day, as He was teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was present to heal them. Luke 5:17

And He was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan, and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered to Him. Mark 1:13

Yes, the power of the Lord and angels are not just a pie in the sky but real benefits of God given to and for His people.  Angels minister to the heirs of salvation bringing them real help that they need including healing, wisdom, and miracles. God’s word is unchanging:

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.  Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly.  But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. "And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins." Luke 1:18-21

Yes, the angel told Joseph a just man "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.  And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins." Many of God’s people suffer things needlessly because they don’t avail themselves of the miracle working power of the Holy Spirit or the services of angels who are there to minister to them in their hour of need!  Many Christians to their own demise rely only on the own understanding and the written word of God and ignore the supernatural help that is available to them constantly.  Yet God’s word is unchanging:

And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?"

So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the LORD, and said, "Strike this people, I pray, with blindness." And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha. 2 Kings 6:15-18
