THE GIFT OF TONGUE

NEVER RIDICULE THE SPEAKING IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE AS IS BEEN RELEGATED OF NO IMPORTANCE IN THE RELIGIOUS CIRCLE. Mark:3:28-29:Truly {and} solemnly I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever abusive {and} blasphemous things they utter; But whoever speaks abusively against {or} maliciously misrepresents the Holy Spirit can never get forgiveness, but is guilty of {and} is in the grasp of an everlasting trespass.

A CHRISTIAN WITHOUT THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IS LIKE A BODY WITHOUT SPIRIT. Luke:24:49 And behold, I will send forth upon you what My Father has promised; but remain in the city [Jerusalem] until you are clothed with power from on high. Mark:3:11 I indeed baptize you in (with) water because of repentance [that is, because of your changing your minds for the better, heartily amending your ways, with abhorrence of your past sins]. But He Who is coming after me is mightier than I, Whose sandals I am not worthy {or} fit to take off {or} carry; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST OBLIGATED US TO SPEAK IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE:Mark:16:17 And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new languages.

WHEN WE SPEAK IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE, WE SPEAK DIRECT TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, AND NO DEMON FROM PIT OF HELL THAT CAN INTERRUPT OUR DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. 1Cor:14:2 For one who speaks in an [unknown] tongue speaks not to men but to God, for no one understands {or} catches his meaning, because in the [Holy] Spirit he utters secret truths {and} hidden things [not obvious to the understanding].

SPEAKING IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE IS THE BEST WAY TO EDIFY OURSELVES AND BUILD OURSELVES UP IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM. 1Cor:14:4 He who speaks in a [strange] tongue edifies {and} improves himself, but he who prophesies [interpreting the divine will and purpose and teaching with inspiration] edifies {and} improves the church {and} promotes growth [in Christian wisdom, piety, holiness, and happiness]. Jude:1:20 But you, beloved, build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith [make progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], praying in the Holy Spirit.

THE GIFT OF TONGUE IS AVAILABLE TO EVERY BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN,AND ALL WHAT WE NEED TO DO IS TO DESIRE IT, AND OUR HEAVENLY FATHER WILL RELEASE THE GIFT. Luke:11:13 If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good gifts [gifts that are to their advantage] to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask {and} continue to ask Him!

IF WE WANT TO LIVE A LIFE OF REST, IT'S BY PRAYING IN TONGUE.ALLOWING THE HOLY SPIRIT TO DO ALL THE PRAYER BY GIVING US UTTERANCES AS HE PLEASES. Rom:8:26-27:So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid {and} bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer {nor} how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication {and} pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings {and} groanings too deep for utterance. And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes {and} pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to {and} in harmony with God's will.

TO HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS ONLY BYTHE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID THAT OUT OF OUR BELLY SHALL FLOW THE RIVERS OF LIVING WATER. John:7:37-39:Now on the final and most important day of the Feast, Jesus stood, and He cried in a loud voice, If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink!mHe who believes in Me [who cleaves to {and} trusts in {and} relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs {and} rivers of living water. But He was speaking here of the Spirit, Whom those who believed (trusted, had faith) in Him were afterward to receive. For the [Holy] Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified (raised to honor).

SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT AWARE THAT EVEN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SPOKE IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE. WHEN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SPOKE AND THE PEOPLE AROUND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SAID UNTIL IT WAS INTERPRETED TO THEM, THAT SHOWS THAT HE SPOKE IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE. Mark 5:41:And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise. Mark 15:34And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Mark 7:34:And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

THE ABOVE VERSES SHOWS THAT AFTER OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SPOKE,IT HAS TO BE INTERPRETED FOR PEOPLE AROUND HIM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SAID, AND WHENEVER OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SPOKE IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE, A MIRACLE ALWAYS FOLLOW. SO IF ANY CHRISTIAN WANT TO LIVE IN A SUPERNATURAL REALMS, THEY CAN DO IT IN CARNALITY BUT ONLY IN THE SPIRIT.
