PLACE IT IN HIS HANDS
JOHN 6:11–13 And Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks He distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down; and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted. So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost.” Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten.
When Jesus saw the five loaves and two little fish, unlike His disciples, He didn’t see the naturally impossible demand placed on Him—to feed 5,000 men (not counting the women and children) with a boy’s small lunch. He saw the supernatural supply in His Father’s kingdom.
The result? Not only were the people fed till they were stuffed, there were also 12
baskets full of leftovers!
My friend, are you facing a situation of insufficiency today? Perhaps you can’t find enough time to get your work done, as well as spend quality time with your family. Why not put your time in Jesus’ hands and, as with the five loaves and two little fish, allow Him to multiply it? Jesus will give you the wisdom on how best to use your time.
Try it for yourself. Bring your little to Jesus. He will multiply whatever little you place in His hands with plenty left over!
INSTRUMENT RATED (10) :
'...I am the Lord who heals you.' Exodus15:26 NKJV
Instrument rated for sickness. Many a healthy person has been cut down in the prime of life by cancer, heart attack, stroke or some other debilitating disease. But there's a way to be ready for this storm, a way not paved with fear, a way that has so prepared you that you can hear the diagnosis of your doctor and still have a sense of God's peace in your heart. You know what your instrument panel, the Bible, says about it. You know what to do, how to act, and what to say. You've been prepared for this moment.
Now, if a pilot hasn't faithfully maintained his aircraft, then it will go down in the storm no matter what his instrument panel tells him. So if you have taken good care of your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, then you can go to God with confidence, standing on His Word and asking Him to heal you. Eventually we will all die of something, but you don't have to die before your time. God has promised us 'long life' (Psalm 91:16). The Bible says, 'He... healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "...He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses."' (Matthew 8:16-17 NKJV)
You say, 'I know some good Christians who prayed for healing, and didn't get it.' That's true. And the most spiritually mature among us can't explain why. God stamps some things: 'Will explain later!' But as long as you're living, you must stand on the Word of God, which says, 'I am the Lord who heals you.'

DISCOVER
GOD’S NEVER-ENDING SUPPLY FOR YOU!
We have all
at some point, “run out” of something.
Perhaps you
ran out of gas on a busy highway or ran out of a key ingredient while preparing
dinner. Or even ran out of strength to accomplish a physical task you were
working on.
I think most
of us have exhausted our supply of something at one time or another—having “not
enough” can be so frustrating.
Beloved, I want
to exhort you today: there is no such thing as “not enough” or “running out”
with Jesus.
Jesus has
supplied everything you will ever need... Jesus' supply for every area of your
life is already paid for...
Jesus' supply
is limitless... inexhaustible...never-ending!
Whatever you
are in need of today—health, wisdom, peace, long life, provision—look to Jesus.
See His loveliness, His beauty, His glory, His excellence. Rest and receive His
never-ending supply.
Acts 10:38
tells us very clearly that Jesus “went about doing good and healing all who
were oppressed by the devil...” Jesus was always healing, always supplying,
always blessing.
Jesus wants
to do the same thing for you today.
The answer is
not found in your own strength. To be demand-conscious is to focus on your
abilities, your goodness and your accomplishments.
With grace,
the focus isn't on you—the focus is on Jesus. And the essence of grace is
always supply.
Second
Corinthians 9:8 puts it beautifully, “And God is able to make all grace abound
toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an
abundance for every good work.”
God wants to
supply, and He wants you to receive.
Many people
are frustrated in life because they have not learned how to receive that
supply. They are stressed, always anxious, worrying about their job, their
health, their family or their future.
If that is
you today, be encouraged...God has prepared a brand-new day for you!
Because of
the finished work of Jesus...
You are
supplied with health!
You are
supplied with favor!
You are
supplied with wisdom!
You are
supplied with abundant provision!
The Lord
knows what you need today, tomorrow, next week and next year. He loves you, and
He is preparing a way for you.
Many years
ago, Wendy and I took our daughter Jessica to Disneyland in Tokyo. At the time,
she was too young to ride all of the rides—I knew some of them would frighten
her.
But it was
hard to tell which rides would be too much for her just by looking at them. So
I made a decision and acted...I rode the rides first (even the Snow White
ride).
I suppose it
was funny for people to see this adult riding all the kids' rides, but it was
important that I experience what she would experience. On each ride I would
think, “Will she be frightened by this? Will the sounds be overwhelming for
her?” Because I love her, I went before her to prepare the way for her.
Beloved, the
Lord loves you, and that's what He has done for you. He has gone ahead into
your future and prepared the way for you.
John 3:16
tells us “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son...”
Now, what does love do? Love gives and supplies!
• Are you
concerned about what might happen tomorrow?
• Are you
fearful of a diagnosis?
• Are you
stressed about a financial situation?
The Lord has
gone ahead to supply all your needs (Philippians 4:19)! He knows what you need;
let go of that stress and trust Jesus for your supply.
When you
learn to receive everything God has already supplied in Jesus, your life will
be changed. I'm not saying there won't be challenges. But when challenges come,
you'll be quick to realize that those challenges didn't bypass God. The supply
has already been given. You can simply reach out and receive that supply.
Every day, in
every situation, let your prayer be:
“Thank You,
Lord, for this supply...this grace... this provision...this safe keeping. Thank
You, Lord, for Your goodness and abundance
in my life.”
Remember,
when you wake up each morning, the supply is already there. God has been
working the night shift on your behalf. All the grace you need for today has
been provided...
Whatever you
face today, you're not alone. Jesus has already gone ahead and prepared the way
for you.
Grace, rest,
provision, favor are all yours. Our Lord's supply is never-ending. You never
have to “run out” again.
I encourage
you to have a positive expectation that something good is going to happen
today. Though you may have challenges, know there is already a supply.
