WORD OF FAITH PEOPLE

WE ARE WORD OF FAITH PEOPLE
IF WE ARE CHRISTIANS

When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: "He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses." Matthew 8:16-17

Jesus Christ was made visible to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works the devil has done including poverty, lack, sickness, and disease. In the Redemptive work at Calvary Jesus Christ removed not only sin but He also removed sickness and disease. He not only paid the price for the removal or forgiveness of sin, but for the healing of our bodies; mental and physical. He healed "all" who came, He turned none away! Hence Peter writes regarding this fact as past tense saying: "By whose stripes you were healed." (1 Peter 2:24).

Jesus Christ went to the cross spirit, soul and body to pay for our healing, spirit, soul and body! If we are sick we need to take hold of what was already provided, which was the finished work of Grace. We must look back to get ahead! Faith takes hold of what has already been revealed and acts upon it. Let's quit looking for a "future" work of healing and take hold of what has already been given. Jesus already paid the price and the solution is right there with us now! We believe it in our heart, and speak it out with our mouth. God’s word is unchanging:

But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." Romans 10:8-13

Yes, if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The word "Saved" and "Salvation," in the above block of scripture, is the word "sozo" in the Greek language and has the meaning of: to save, i.e. deliver or protect, to heal, preserve, be (make) whole. Jesus used this very word every time He healed someone saying: "Your faith has made you whole." Or "be made whole."

Yes, God created His children for victory and through the cross of Christ He has given them victory and the power over all things (Deuteronomy 28:1-14, Isaiah 51:1-3,61:1-11,65:13-16, John 14:12-14,16:7-14, Romans 12;6, 1 Corinthians 3:21-22, 2 Corinthians 8:9, Ephesians 4:8, Galatians 3:3, James 2:5).

Through Christ Jesus, we who once were poor have became rich in faith for through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for our sakes He became poor, that we through His poverty might become rich and inherit the blessings of Abraham, spiritual and physical. And as a result whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven and whatever things we ask when we pray, believe that we receive them, and we will have them.

Christ has "redeemed," "brought out," or purchased out us from underneath the weight of the oppression of the curse of the law so that we, being free from the curse would enjoy the blessings – the blessings of the Abrahamic covenant and the promise of the Spirit of God through faith! We have been bought out from underneath the curse of the law. Therefore, according to the Scripture, sickness, disease, poverty or lack have no legal right to live in us or affect our life. It is illegal, for we have been redeemed. We can now take authority over the devil by commanding him to get out of our life and out of our affairs. We command sickness and disease and poverty and lack to go! Rebuke it in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We can set our will against it, and refuse to accept it - it doesn't belong to us. We are a child of God! We can command it all to be gone according to the Word of God. We can pick up the Sword of the Spirit and begin to slash our way to victory, proclaiming the Word of God regarding our healing and prosperity.

"O you afflicted one, Tossed with tempest, and not comforted, Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, And lay your foundations with sapphires. I will make your pinnacles of rubies, Your gates of crystal, And all your walls of precious stones. All your children shall be taught by the LORD, And great shall be the peace of your children. In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you. Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake. Isaiah 54:11-15

And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

We can saturate our mind with the truth - our inheritance, our birthright - The Word Of God! We can see ourselves as the Word says - Healed, whole, well, blessed, prosperous and victorious! As a believer, we are given the right to overcome that which comes against us. We do not deny that the problem or circumstance exists, we do however deny the problem the right to stay!!!

Faith in God is victory all of the time! We do not deny that sickness or disease or trouble or lack is present - however, we deny it the right to stay in our bodies and lives by receiving the truth of what was purchased for us at Calvary - our blessing and life! We boldly proclaim that we are a recipient of God's grace and of the promise of health and wealth. We proclaim that in Christ Jesus, through Grace we're raised up and seated together with Jesus Christ and all that belongs to the Father now belongs to us.

The Father sees us in Christ, and we have been given the position, or right of "sonship." We have been made kings and priests and can rule on earth. We now can say Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:9-10). People in heaven are not sick, broke or poor. So we can clearly see it is God's will that we also be free from sickness and disease and poverty and lack.

It’s God’s will that His children experience the inheritance of the heavenly life while here on the earth. "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?" (Romans 8:32) It is always God’s will to turn, change and transform our mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). God’s word is unchanging:

And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound {and} complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Faithful is He Who is calling you [to Himself] {and} utterly trustworthy, and He will also do it [fulfill His call by hallowing and keeping you]. 1Thessalonians 5:23-24 Amplified bible

Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17

For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect. 1 Corinthians 1:17

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. 1 Corinthians 2:1-5
